I send out around 50 to 100 letters per week. If i send out a huge batch of like 80 -100 i get about 1 maybe 2 calls. I HAVE had several deals from them and they are great leads. We developed our own system on spreadsheet that shows everything we have done. The date the LSP was filed. type of house address number of letters we've sent to that specific person. Our list that we generate literally has 1000's of leads on it. we send each and every one minimum 3 letters and some 4. We also send a Pen with our business name on them in the 2nd or 3rd letter. it takes an extra 24 cent stamp on them but gets the people to open it. We also do hand written firsts for a lot of them and we get a great return on those. We pay a few girls to write them up. we give them like a dollar a letter and find its well worth it. everything hand written and no so cooperate. Basically, We came across information at the town hall showing that there is a lawsuit for foreclosure and we are a small company that can help in your area..we change them all up so we can see what gets the best return.
