You are not going to believe this!!!
I just wrote this afternoon on the blog about how court went. (it's the blog before this one).
It's 1030pm at night and I just got a call, "THE HOUSE IS ON FIRE! THE HOUSE IS ON FIRE!" click.
I call the fire dept. YEP. The house is on fire and burning to the ground. (I won't know HOW much until tomorrow). I called the number she called me on and she said that the fire dept. was knocking down the walls and tearing the place up to stop the fire.
It's too early to speculate on what happened and I won't go there. I'll have to trust the fire dept. for that. Sometimes, I feel like you get kicked in the teeth if you show ANY signs of compassion in this business. I'm learning. I hope I am wrong.
You are due for some MAJORRRRRRRRRRRRR GOOD FORTUNE IN '08.. ... Let us know who it goes!

I think all of you are right. It was a wake up call as well. I will always put no electric/kerosene heaters in my houses on the rental contract. They had heat (gas) so this wasn't really needed. But I'm headed over there now. I'll let you know what happens.

find out who rules the cause of the fire, dont jump to conclusions
whats it insured to? what do you owe? My may have just been struck by Jewish Lightning, I was ealier this year, My tenant fell asleep smoking, burnt the rental down, made me 47,000
