I am consideriing a new residence and center for real estate deals. My likes for climate for summer is in the New England states. I like vermont and Conn. Do either of these states have either great re opportunites or similar real estate laws as per Texas. New Hampshire I only went through at night so I do not know much about it.
I know you can make deals anywhere if you try hard enough. I am trying to go wholesale instead of rehabbing.
I like mountains and cool streams but am fearful of driving around those hairpin curves with steep dropoffs. as in Colorado and lake Tahoe. Whew. Traveling by motorhome ruined me.
I have considered the hurricane zones along the gulf coast but the infrastructure troubles me.
Florida would be nice but I do not enjoy sunbathing or scuba diving. Winter time may be too crowded from snowbirds. The soft market might be a good time to buy a nice home. I have been around Palm beach and liked the place. How is Tallahassee? or St Pete?
