I listened to ellis's webinar last night and agree with him on the need for at least three websites. I have two now; one is for real estate investing articles and the other is for flipping houses articles. These sites are only for collecting contact info and selling affiliate products.
I really want to set up a site for motivated sellers, one for real estate investors and a site for private capital investors.
Do any of you have websites along those lines? I would like the urls of any well designed sites. I promise not to copy a site. I have some programs to do web design.
I am changing my websites from adsense and ppc to more affiliate products. So far adsense has been a disappointment from a earnings perspective.
This guy claims to make more money from selling info products than from his real estate deals.. He probably does but a lot of these info products are poor quality. Any comments on Ruthless Internet Marketing?
I can see where these can be very automated and produce valuble leads.
