Hi I was wondering if anyone had any interest in discussing books based on real estate and investing, or if anyone had any good books they would like to recommend.
I recently finished reading a book Confessions of a Real Estate Entrepreneur, by James Randel. I found this book to be great, i could apply all his stories and advice to real situations, I am from the tri-state area, and one of the reasons I read this book is because I have heard of this guy many times. He is a Real estate Investor/attorney in connecticut. For over 20 years he has been investing in Tri-state properties. I would love to discuss some of his strategies/approaches with anyone else. This is a must read for anyone in the north east!!

Too funny - you mentioned James Randalls book. I just picked it up, and like what I have read so far. Is it me - or does he seem to have alot of dumb luck???
I probably have read over 50 rei related books and definantly have my favorites. We should move this to the forum.
If there is a book or specific subject in rei your interested in -ask me, and I am sure I can reccomend a good book.
