the website is not done yet. I am adding a private investors and a buy a house tab to my site. Also adding a link to my other site www.njbirddog.com for investors who are looking for deals like rehabs and just plain ol' property with some vig in it. When deals come in they will be text messaged and emailed into the mailbox for peope who are interested in properties in the tri-state area. If you have any ideas you would like to throw in. I am always open to opinion's!

i dont know who you guys use to build your sites but I'm using a guy out of India building anything i want for 280.00. i posted the Job on Getafreelancer.com and people from all over the world bid on your project. In 5 hours i had over 30 bids on people who wanted to build my site for 300.00. i cant edit it myself and make changes etc. you have to outsource nowadays for the best prices.

Yo Roger, I really like the idea of having text messages sent out to your buyers list, that's hard core 21st century. Check out our website www.877avoidfc.com for some potential ideas for your site. Also, I use constant contact to send out an email to all my buyers for wholesales. I just sent out one tonight. Check out our "Investor Tools" Tab and then "online tools" for more info. Later bro!
