I just wanted to make a quick post to say it was a pleasure meeting so many of you from all of the country at this week's NAR Convention Las Vegas, NV. I reaaly made some great connections with so many great people from all over the country and world (I hope I can help all of them with their lending...or, at least, be an option for them). I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT THE OVERALL FEELING WAS OPTIMISM! People are optimistic about the future, and it was evident that there were many of us who are here to work.
There was also some discussions about technology. Virtual tours and streaming video will help us personalize ourselves to our mutual clients. I am happy to say that I am already using HelloWorld's video systems...it has been greta for our business, and i would say that others will be seeing the power of video very soon. Overall, I think the lessons learned were that we need to roll up our sleeves and go to work. We need to hussle, and we need to keep working or form new relationships with those who are in the trenches.
Great people at NAR!
Let me know if I can help you in any way....loans, training, business development, video, etc.
