I have a deal that was accepted by the seller that I would need financing from a private lender to acquire and rehab. Please contact me for more info. Property located in Greenville NC.

Oh, I just read your blog.  Kim is not a private lender, so that probably won't help you, BUT she knows some.... so may be worth the call.
