1)When you go to bed, before going to sleep, set your intentions for the next day. It is your intentions that will set the pace and tone for what you bring into your life. For example, you can set the intention that you choose to be happy, calm and confident in all of your interactions.
2) Within the first hour of waking up each day, write down 6 ‘impossible’ things that you can do. We all have old programming that says we can’t be, do or have something. By doing this exercise each day, you will start to see possibilities where there are now impossibilities. One friend upon hearing this decided that she would like to have a facial each week because it makes her feel so good.
When you look at what Bob Proctor has achieved so far in his life, you may just want to consider following his advice. I know I am!
