The results are in!  We were looking for 50%, but got just over 36% ii total - not bad really!  It was well worth the effort.  There were 20 properties involved, and the average was a 25% reduction in taxes, some were lowered by more then 50%, which was pretty surprising!  Some, well, the county was not so easily swayed, but to get a total of 36% will obviously result  in more cash flow for us and our investors, and it was definately worth all the work as it sets us up for several years before any re-assessment is done.
