wow .. i have logged over 200 miles in the last 2 days not to mention that i might just have put more miles on my pointing finger .. as in ringing door bells . any way i have to say that i am getting in the door and getting deal s i guess i want all of you to know that if you have any reservation about knocking on doors or even being a ear hustler and just by standing in your local walmart and listening to all the conversations going on around you .. you Will find out that the deals are all around you .. i was at Denny's ending my day of map quest searches .. and " oh look tall grass " hunts .. i told my business partner ..watch this as i walk to the front to pay for our mean .. ( a business meal at that .. lol .. discussing the days marketing .. and enjoying a light dinner) i positioned on of my "avoid FORECLOSURE " flayers on the outermost part off all the things i was carrying .. she laughed at me .. and just when the clerk was giving my my change .. she Saw the flayer .. ( how could she miss it it was in 72 font and in bright red...)
the clerk .. gasped and Said wow i know lots of people that could used that flayer ..
wow marketing at its best .. got 2 contracts that day .. well thats my story for the day .. got to get my walking shoes out .. time to drive for dollars ..


lol.... Once who have knocked on so many doors and keep a very good repor and really help the families your referrals will not stop coming. The first year 2005 I knocked on over 200 doors a week and I'm still getting referrals off of those contacts. It's great!! I might knock on 5 a week now....
