Two Clients:

1.  The first one is looking for an upgraded/updated three bedroom with a guest house.  She's hoping for a newer kitchen and appliances, hardwood or laminate floors.  Preferably this is in Orange County.  This is going to be for her home and a business on site.  We're looking in the $500 - $600K range.  Old Town Orange, East Side Costa Mesa, something like those settings would be good.

2.  The second gentleman has several lots of land in Bozeman Montana, just 30 minutes northwest on the 90 of Yellowstone National Park.  These already have paved roads and everything underground right now with an amazing view.  1.72 to a little over 5 acres each, horse properties ready to be developed.  He's looking to trade a couple to a few as a down payment on a multi family unit here in California, and pay the rest in cash.
