Well, we didn't sell the house (yet), but it is now residential renter-occupied for 6 months.  It's certainly better than nothing, but we would've preferred an outright sale.  Since the house in a popular neighborhood and in a highly visible area amongst other homes that have been purchased and utilized by small business professionals, I would love to see it be used for something like that as well - it would be perfect for a small business location that doesn't require customer parking.  There is off-street, alley access with a driveway, but only a few spots (probably 4 max) in which to park.

We'll keep chugging along!

Congrats on finding a renter. You should keep it listed and offer the renter some incentive like $50 off his rent for every showing.
