In passing today, someone said to me in regards to investing their money in real estate, that they weren't interested in any "Get Rich Quick Schemes".  I had to pick my jaw up off the ground!   The purpose of investing in real estate, for those that may not understand the concept, is to get rich and wealthy, over time.  I defy ANYONE to find a way to "get rich quick" in real estate.  It takes time and dedication and a lot of trial and error.  Don't let that fool you however!  Real estate is one thing in life that we can always count on.  Like death and taxes, people will always need a place to live.  Always. 

Whether you're investing in real estate or you've chosen it as a career, you definitely have to have what they call the millionaire mind.  Dedication, determination, foresight, good judgment, common sense and patience.  These are all necessary for success in real estate.  It's not for the faint of heart and it's not for the weak or impatient.
