I just come across so many deal that I have to let most of them go.  I see all those potential profits get flushed down the drain, homes go to foreclosure and it just makes me a little sad.  Makes you wish that you could makes clones of yourself sometimes.  

So I've decided to put some of the deals up here that way they the REI community can have a crack at them before they are lost forever.
