Like I have said in a couple of blogs, I am a note finder, and I NEED some clarification, please.

I have found that while selling portfoilos to investors, they use the term, "on the doolar" a whole lot. Now I have only been doing my business for a little over a year now. I did my research of definitions, and terminology, etc. What I am curious about is the amounts. Is it better or worse for the Investor to pay a greater amount on the dollar, and is it better or worse for the seller??? Any advice is definately appreciated.
