Hi all,
I have a brief question and wonder how you all would go about this situation. Here goes:
There is a house across the street from me that stays vacant all year long. The owner goes and stays out of town with his son and checks in on the house about twice a year. I wan't the house. I wan't to approach/call him about buying the house because I think I can rent it out. I'm sure he doesn't have a mortgage on the property. Any creative ideas on how to convince him to sell with NO money down and hold the mortgage, maybe allow 3 or so months before the first payment? How would you do it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
