I need 3 homes, I am looking for a payment of around $600-900 I need one on the West Side, North side Olent.. Schools and one on the east side, I would like to have them on the outside of I-270 if you or anyone you know has something can you let me know. Thank you

Thank you all for putting an interest in this blog. More info on what I am looking for is, I have 3 people with ok credit 1 should be able to get a bank loan. And the other two will probably would want to do a lease option. They are all looking for a payment of between $600-900. I need one in Hilliard that is 3 Bd and at least 1 bath, I need one in Olentangy Schools 2 Bd min 1 bath. And I also need one on the East side that will be a starter home this one he will be able to get a loan for if needed. Also note I would like to have all of them be outside of I-270. What exactly are you looking for? Do you need houses for tenants? Houses for you? Houses to rehab? Something turn key?

 

Let me know, I have houses in all areas you mentioned, and all of the above stages.
