Out of area bank has recently repossessed this North Campus (Ohio State) area property (East of High St. & South of Hudson).  There are a total of 8 garden style 1 bedroom apartments (4 up & 4 down).  The property was recently listed for sale by the previous owner in the mid $200's.  There is some maintenance work that would be needed, but nothing too extensive.  There is also a vacant lot that is adjacent to this building that would be included in the sale & would be great for additional offstreet parking. 

This property has not been re-listed as of yet, but my contact at the bank has made me aware of their willingness to get this property moved & I thought that this forum would be a great resource for potential buyers to get to this before the rest of my Realtor friends are made aware.
