I have two different owners here in the cental valley in CA who have a combined 5 properties that they want to short sale. They want nothing out of the deals and they are aware of the potential tax implications. These owners are ready to go ahead with the process. I am a wholesaler and have come across these deals in my lead generating efforts and don't want to delve into them but would rather find an experienced short sale investor who would like to negotiate them and then close on them. In total the properties are worth a combined $1.16 million and have loan balances roughly in the amount of $1.3 million.
