I am seeking property managers nationwide. I want to make sure those who buy from me or clients I represent are handled by professional companies to make sure their rents are collected, their renters are verified, and they have maintenance crews to handle repairs.
If you are a property manager, please provide:
- Cities and States you work in
- Services you provide
- Properties you can manage (residential, commercial, apartments, etc.)
- Costs for each service you provide
- Office Phone, E-mail, Address and Fax
- Years you have been managing properties

One of the best Certified Property managers I know has recommended http://www.irem.org/ as the first stop for finding property managers. She told me this is a training site, but also for finding certified, professional property managers. You will need to sign up for the site to be a member, then you can search qualified leads until you find your match. Happy CPM hunting. Let me know if this helps.
