Each of us put in long hours to perform our job effectively. We sacrifice family time and often miss out on social events. All in the name of providing a better standard of living for our loved ones.

We have spent years developing a relationship with both buyers and sellers in the industry. Each day we know that we are no better than our last deal and our reputation is all that we can count on. It is with this convention that I have decided to make this posting.

I believe that it is my duty and responsibility to my fellow professionals to alert each of you to the unscrupulous. Recently one Torrey Brothers approached me to buy some of our properties. He claimed to have pre-qualified buyers. The following day he had me on the telephone with his associate, Curtis, an alleged mortgage broker. Curtis said that he actually had the buyers. Two days later I received a call from the seller of the properties informing me that Curtis had contacted them and wanted to work direct. Thank God for client loyalty and friendship. The seller blew them off and since then, I have deleted Torrey Brothers from my data base.

My friends, keep his name in mind. He obviously does not share the same ethics as the professionals in the industry. Rest assured that I will use this forum for all such future alerts.

It is just a matter of time before all of the speculators are exposed and we can get back to REAL CREATIVE  REAL ESTATE INVESTING WITH  "REAL  INVESTOR!!!"
