Do you have houses for sale? Want to market them to other buyers and investors? Send me a list of properties with the following information and I will supply them to other investors in my network (provide what you can, you do not have to have all info to get property out there):
- Location of Property (all states being accepted)
- Description of Property
- Bedrooms
- Bathrooms
- Sq Feet
- Garage
- Basement
- Updates
- What repairs are needed
- Picture (if available)
- Estimated Value (please specify if this is a true estimate or from appraisal)
- Sales Price (we have buyers that will buy up to $12 Million)
- Down Payment (let me know what you require the buyer to put down to secure property)
- Let me know if the property is rehabbed or being sold in non-rehabbed condition.
- Renter Info if rented
- Estimated rent for property
- Finders Fee you are willing to pay to bring buyer (this can be a % or a flat fee)
Once someone is interested in your property, we will have them make an offer. The offer must include that financing is approved or proof of funds for cash purchase. I will not accept an offer to forward to seller without proof the deal can close.
