Once again I am here to bring you the quote of today.  It is gloomy and still raining outside of Austin, TX. I don’t think it will ever stop and at this rate I think we may need a boat to travel everywhere!
Ok, I didn’t come here to wine; in fact I came to elaborate a little on today’s quote of the day… "Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow."  I however have changed a couple of words.  Here is my own quote.... "Learn from yesterday, prepare for today, for a better life tomorrow."
The reasoning is quite simple.  If you have not already noticed about 90% of the US population lives by the old quote.
They learn from yesterday, some don’t even do this which is scary , and I congratulate those who does.
They live for today, by spending their only free time to watch a game, favorite show, or sleep.  Now what I mean by free time is time that they have to themselves.  This is the time left over after the day’s chores and spending time with loved ones.
And last but not least they hope for tomorrow, and that is all they can do. They have no control over if they may still have their job, they get sick, the company they work for starts laying off, or they no longer can perform on the job.
This is certainly no way to live life, nor did God put us on this great green planet to live life this way.  The new quote you should be following should be this..."Learn from yesterday, prepare today, for a better life tomorrow."
You will still learn from yesterday, but from your mistakes and find ways to improve and avoid them.
You prepare today, by investing in something that will create a streaming flow of income even if you are sick, injured, or are unable to perform a job.
For a better life tomorrow, this is the cream of the pie, this is where you will be able to take all your hard preparation, which by the way is only a fraction of the life of an average working person, and benefit from it by enjoying free time with family, friends, and anyone else you wish to do so. You will be able to live life in luxury since you would have no bills to pay, no job to go to, and no deadlines to meet.
Now which would you rather go by. Learn to invest today for a better life tomorrow. Get with someone now that can teach you the ropes on investing in real estate or anything. Follow our footsteps before creating your own. And last but not least, make sure you are not depending on your J.O.B (Just over Broke) as your source of freedom!

Wow, great quote. I think I'm going to post that up for myself  above my computer.
