OK this update stems from a contact I made on here. He recommended a  book based on the authors travels to Argentina. I did a google search for this Author and  found his website/blog which lead to this post. He had a great Blog with all this info.

In fact some of these exact sites or ideas will be a big part of our future. I love technology. Is it just me, or did the Internet and applications available via the web get alot more exciting in the last 12 months???? I think its called web 2.0 or something.

http://www.jott.com/ - OK text made simple. Call a text in via an 800#, instead of wrecking your car, wearing out the buttons on your phone, etc. etc. It is money - check it out.....Oh yeah its free.

http://www.grandcentral.com/  OK this one has too many features to even mention it. Its actually in the beta phase so you have to request an invite and be patient. Click here on the features page to learn more. This really might be the best site in this blog for a real estate investor - so be sure to check it out.

http://www.remotecontrolmail.com/  Are you kidding me? Bring your postal mail to the 21st century.  Bring it on line. This is a service that you can have your mail sent directly to them and they will email you with an image of the mail, you then can tel them to OPEN it TRASH it or SHRED it. They will even cash checks for you. I'm moving to Argentina!
