I've been going through alot of blogs today, and reading alot of articles that claim to say that failure is needed to grow your business.  There are alot of blogs about how you need to fail in order to move forward.

I don't believe this.  There is no such thing as failure as long as you don't give up trying.  Websters dictionary defines failure as:   nonperformance of something due, required, or expected.  So as long as you don't give up and your learning as you go, you will never fail.

Its partially true what you say, but believe it or not failure is a part of learning.

Also without failure guess what.... you will not be able to come up with new creative ways to do anything.

I Guarentee that if you ask ANYONE who is extremely successful or just plain successful and has done it on their own, wasnt "given" success, they will say that they have failed in one part or another, but kept on trying and learned from it.

If you are successful then I know you have experienced this as well, even though you may not know it.
