hey has anyone gotten anything good for his book let me know
chris

There are many books out there (too many) to tell you which one is the best. For example, what area of REI are you interested in? Wholesales, rehab, short sales, buy and hold, mobile homes, commercial and on and on.
A good basic book is "Flipping Properties" by William Bronchick.
"How to negotiate Real Estate Contracts" by Mark Warda
"The Smart Money Guide to Bargain Homes" by James Wiedemer.
I also took a online class at www.edtogo.com on real estate investing for $70. The best money I ever spent.
Join a local real estate investing club in your home town or nearby and go to the meetings and talk to the members and find a mentor that you can work with. You may have to split your first few deals, but it's worth the education.
Look online at other websites. www.reiclub.com www.creonline.com .
There is no place to go to get all the info you want. I do all of these plus I listen to CD's while I drive in the car. That's how you maximize your time each day.
Hope these help relive your frustration.
