hello  , I am just starting out  I have been around real estate  all my life  and now is the time for me.  my question is where do I start , I know most Internet stuff is b.s  and everything  on late nite t.v  is too  so can anyone help me get in the right direction  this would be great , real books  that would help , years ago I read some books   that was just an add for something bigger I want something real not some get rich quick scam   guru
