The biggest mistakes I believe is not taking chances or making use of opportunities when they come along. I have made a lot of errors but have learned from them. I look at them now and I am like if I didn't get up one day and quit my job, without having any cash flow or regular income, to go start my own business, then I would not have learned a valuable lesson that everything costs! And when you are starting a business no matter what they tell you how quickly you can make money etc. you better have some money to spend and it will take a while to get established. You need cash to pay your rent, buy food, transportation, travel, etc. Nothing in life is free, you need business cards, gas, internet access, computers, supplies, and you need to market your business. All of that costs money. Now I specialize in small businesses, real estate and other joint ventures, I still keep my day job because of the health benefits, but when I reach the point where the income is coming in constantly without much sweat then I can quit again!! That is soon I am thinking
in another few months. I work at it hard and I pray about it daily.
