I vow to do at least one joint venture with all of my contacts on this site.

We have the same goals in mind, so working together to achieve those goals wouldnt hurt. We work together, we both win, we are both happy, and steps closer to our goals. If this doesnt really fancy you, then we should not be contacts, because I WILL live by that goal, period.

It can be as simple as me finding a deal for you, or coming together to rehab a house. It can be us joining together to get a few commercial properties. As long as we both profit then my goal is met.
