http://www.gotvoice.com - Awesome Awesome Awesome! This site can retrieve voice mails and email them to you. And its FREE. You can also send messages. This site is a great find for the REI investor. I can think of 10 different ways to use it. And I am.
http://www.fontifier.com Make your own font. $10 and 15 minutes - you have a handwritten look, your own perosnal font. Make a letter or portion of a letter more personal.

Thanks for the info. I'm always looking for new websites that I might be able to use at some time. Will check them out.
By the way ,this is my first comment. I just signed up on the site. I currently own two rental houses both 3 bdrm 2 ba. Look forward to reading and writing some posts of my own.
