I would like to introduce a most overlooked market - "Cleveland, Ohio"  Many are avoiding the State of Ohio where investments are concerned which I think is a mistake.  While Cleveland may very well rank #1 in the Nation for foreclosures - where are all the families that where, are, or stand to  encounter Foreclosure gonna live? exactly !
