Just a quick blog to tell you about an idea I am trying.  You have probably heard of marketing around the seasons or holidays.  I have a short message about what I do (since i am also in the mortgage and insurance business) going out to homes in my area connected to an American Flag (made of plastic with a wood stick).  138 of the homes on my list I know have adjustable rate mortgages coming due.  Anyways, I am going to get this ball rolling and keep you posted on my idea.

Arizona has super hard dirt...so it will be a challenge to find the places to stick the flag on someone's property.  By the way, flags costs me approx. $.56 a piece (that incl. shipping).  One other note, it is 114 degrees here right now.....so I guess you could say I have major kahones (or I'm crazy...I will also hire someone to get these done with me).
