Okay here's the deal! Every time that I research anything dealing with real estate investing, there's always someone out there trying to sell me something. I have bought at least 5 of the programs. All of these programs want you to purchase more stuff from them, or they say it won't work. I'm asking now, if any one out there knows of a program that works and will help me to get started. I see all kinds of ideas on REI but don't know if any of them work. Any advice would be appreciated.

Check out my blogs read it and let me know what you think. You need to figure out what you want to do in Real Estate. There are allot of areas to start in figure out what is best for you..Stick with it and continue reading and learning. All the materials out there are good and they work but you cannot give up and start with something else. Stay focus and positve. Real Estate is Easy but it is hard work and you need to be consistent, deligent, and self motivated. This web site will guide you and help you in some areas but only You can make the move.

Hi,
I know of a great program that has helped me get moving, was easy to follow, didnt have a lot of "real estate" jargon I didnt understand, cost only a fraction of the majority of other progams out there, and provided me with a step by step structure of information that I needed. It also came with a network of other investors and a mentor to help me. Now this mentor is still doing deals so is always up to date on the market. Not just telemarketer reading some scripts. I was glad I came across this product because I had purchased $1000's worth of real estate programs that they just wanted me to attend another seminar or upsell me to another product just like you are experiencing.
So take it from me when I say that you purchase one thing and nothing more. We dont upsell you into anything else. In fact I highly recommend you start off with the minimum product since you are a beginner. Then you can move up. Even if you have the money for the full "all in one" package I dont recommend it. The reason is because you will be tempted to do it all and soak in as much information as you can. This will just confuse you and I dont want you to be bombarded with information that leaves you fearful to take the next step.
Before doing this read my blogs. I have two that will give you a great detail of what the program will provide you with. I have given you enough information in my blogs to get started even before you purchase the program.
The only thing that will be missing is the automatic network provided, but you have one here, and a mentor that you can email anytime and all the time for your direct questions.
So read my blogs first (beside the one about me looking for a lease option home) so you can get 1st hand on how to start, then decide.
If you feel that you want to continue let me know. You be the judge and take a test drive before you get into it. I dont want you to have this product and opportunity collect dust and want you to get started.
