Just wanted to give a follow up on the interview we had last night. Bob Diamond was our guest, and the topic was a new investing model being called the “hybrid” format. Gentlemen. A great way to make money in the preforeclosure biz is to get your Real Estate license. It is always nice to double dip on your profits. You get the listing commission and the wholesale profit. This is a great way to control a deal from start to finish!
