I just wanted to pop in and let you know that REI Lead Tracker is finally complete (it took me forever). It's marketing tracking software for any real estate professional - geared more towards an investor, but anyone that spends money on marketing/advertising could get tremendous value in using it. It helps to measure lead generation, closed deals, and marketing expenses so you, the investor, is able to maximize profits and save time and money.
Right now I'm marketing it as a FREE giveaway so I can get some feedback and hopefully a few more testimonials before I decide whether or not to charge for it.
