I live in Tampa, FL and have been wholesaling for about 2 years now.  I was fortunate enough to be close friends with The King of Wholesaling, Preston Ely.  He took me under his wing and taught me how to flip houses and make money, regardless of the current market conditions.

Prior to becoming a real estate investor, I struggled through the blandness and political redundancy of Corporate America for roughly 10 years.  First as a technology reseller, then as a marketing executive in radio.  Both make me want to puke!  Sitting in a cubicle and attending pointless meeting after pointless meeting is the furthest thing from fulfilling I've ever come across.  I'd sooner take my life rather than return to cubic-HELL!  Thank God I've found something I enjoy, that also grants me the freedom I crave.

In addition to being a full time wholesaler, I also recently launched a coaching/mentor program (www.ipaycash.org).  A natural teacher, I much prefer this side of the business.  Grooming the next real estate millionaire is much more satisfying to me than maintaining or growing my current business.  The art of wholesaling doesn't change, so as long as you are coachable, I can mentor you in any market.

In addition to wholesaling full time, I am also a network marketer.  It is imperative in today's world to have multiple streams of income.  I believe I've found the top network marketing company in the world with Your Travel Biz (www.workwithbluesky.com).  Robert Kiyosaki openly endorses both real estate and network marketing as the most effective means to achieving financial freedom.  I'm not there yet, but I'm on my way...
