It's good to see another Washingtonian on here! Having been a web developer in my other life, I have to agree with you 100% on the value of the internet and Web 2.0 in the Real Estate business.
My husband and I have a note business just down the road from you in Redmond. We focus primarily on private and commercial real estate notes and help note holders find buyers for their notes. We give a bird dog commission to anyone who refers notes to us. I signed up here hoping to network with others in the industry, help share what I know, and hopefully learn a few things myself.
