I am a real estate wholesaler located in Phoenix, AZ.  I currently also work in the mortgage business as a broker as well as having my real estate license.

I bought my first investment property when I was 17 years old.  I did simple repairs on the house and painting.  I sold this house a month later and walked away with about $17k.  This deal is what opened my eyes to the possibilities there are in real estate.  Since then I haven't looked back and have been investing/working in real estate full time since.

I own an investment company called Maly Built.  We wholesale investment properties to other investors.  In addition to wholesaling, we also do fix n flips properties.

Another division we have started is custom homebuilding in the Phoenix metropolitan area. 

In addition to my business I also am a mortgage broker and real estate agent.  I specialize in investment properties and working with investors.  Even through all the changes in the mortgage industry, you still have many financing options for investment properties, including 100% financing. 

Don't get caught up in all the negative "stories" being reported in the papers and on tv about the real estate market and mortgage market. This is what these people get paid for, writing stories that they have put their own twist on.
