99% of my Short Sales are Approved.

The one Percent ussually falls under the following:

1. Buyer walked (Short Sales took to long)

2. Lenders don't want to lend funds on houses that need too much work.(buyer)

3.Realtors want 6% to 10% commission (Lenders Will not Approve)

4.When Seller don't summit the Required documents per Lenders Request

5.Too many people Involve the Transaction

(That have No Clue what a Short Sale is Will Hinder the Processes!!

Realtors Need to Understand!

Date: 10/03/2009 / Category: none , Current Grade A

Realtors need to Understand that their Comission will come from the Sale of the property. Unfortunately the Percent is Approved by the Lender not what you "The Realtor " would like.

Lenders have the upper hand in what fees they want to Approve!!

Thank you...
