About Me
Innovative Investments LLC conducts Short Sales, Whole Sale, Subject too, Purchase Non- Performing Notes & Mediate with Loss Mitigation Department. Creative Family Solutions LP is the Partner Company.
Creative Family Solutions LP basically conducts Housing Counseling to help families that are in danger of facing foreclosure due to their unique situations that are beyond their control. Unfortunately families facing foreclosure are our next generation of Homeless if we as a whole do not help. A CFS operation are run by donations and is in the process of seeking funding to help more families through HUD grants and become HUD Certify Counselor.
What we do is help families utilize there Community's Resources to obtain options that are suitable for there particular needs. Each family’s situation is very different. CFS can also assist the families to conduct a Case Management & Follow ups. To name a few of the options available loss Mitigation, Restructure their loans, refer to Refinance, refer to non-profits for eviction prevention etc.
Creative Family Solutions LP currently Collaborates with Home Remedies LLC to better help families. Pat Funaro is a Real Estate Broker that will also be available for families to list their properties with Home Remedies LLC and with CFS assists we are able to conduct Short Sales for those properties that are over debited.

Thanks for the blog comment. I agree with the statement about credit standing and loan modifications, I should have made that more clear, but I'm certified by the state of California in pre-foreclosures and short sales go on your credit here. More then 90% of short sales are behind in payments which go on their credit report as "missed real estate payments," and stay for 12 months or more. Now if someone had never missed a payment but still sold their home for less then they owed, then it would go on as a satisfied debt. So in a way we're both right. =) Feel free to contact me anytime.
