I am highly motivated to be successful in real estate investments. For the past 2.5 yrs. I have been attending The Art Institute of Virginia Beach majoring in Interior Design and I have a 3.5 gpa. I have a waterfront property available on 4 acres on a great waterway unobstructed by bridge access to the ocean. It has 1 home 4 bdrms 2.5 baths 2 car garage and a 20x40 ft. swimming pool overlooking the lake and boat slip. Also a 3 bdrm 2 bath 1 car garage w/boat slip and 3 city approved buildable lots.
