Welcome to the site.  Kentucky would be a great place to rehab.  My wife is from Lexington and I loved to go visit her when she lived there.  It is such a beautiful state.  Get as involved as you can with the site, there is so much information here on all the subjects you spoke of in your profile.  But be careful, this site can get addictive.
