About Me
We have purchased and held numerous investment properties in the Austin to Fort Hood area since 1994. In early 2010, we will relocate from Northern Virginia back to Georgetown, Texas area where I will take the plunge into FT REI - working alongside a close friend in the area. At this time, I will take on a more active role/aggressive in managing the portfolio, while growing and seeking efficiencies in leaning the business. I hold a Masters of Administration and currently working towards my RE Brokers License. I am passionate about real estate investment and finance -- 2010 can't come soon enough.
My Business Model

We are long-term, buy-and-hold investors. The goal of our RE investment portfolio is to lead a disciplined, somewhat frugal lifestyle in order to aggressively reduce single targeted mortgages at a time in pursuit of 100% equity, and boosting the compounding effect of multiple rents. The onset years of this model were challenging, although the later years lead to exponential returns and growth.
In early 2010:
- Bid the bureaucracy of DC a final farewell!
- Seek opportunities to pool resources with like-investors
- Begin exchanging/rolling portfolio properties into new/newer rentals to reduce costs
- Seek additional longterm properties and rehabs
- Provide selfless leadership and service to the community
- Most importantly; be a full time husband and father to my beautiful wife and three children

Wish we would have met earlier since I just left Killeen two months ago after spending bits and pieces of four years there.
