I am working with a company called "Lease to Own Realty". Our marketing department is here in LA. We help renters become homeowners through a no $ down, no closing cost, 30 yr fixed rate mortgage, and up to a 18 month lease period during which they may assume the mortgage and own the home!
Our program is not like a normal rent to own program. We have associations with Morgan Stanley and Quicken Loans!
