Education
I like to always say education and books are great but life experience is better. I went to college at Univeristy of Iowa with the desire to study mathematics. While there i felt the urge to explore and take life by the horns. Life has taken me for a great ride and it keeps getting better and better.
Hobbies
In my spare time when I am not working...which I do seem to do that often, I like to spend time with my fiance, Kevin and our three year old daughter. Who even at three years old she has her own opinions and reactions to everything.
We like to spend time outdoors, snowboarding in the winter and boating in the summer, there is no season we aren't having fun in. And while outside enoying the fresh air we happen to come across a new project...well that is just a bonus!!
Family
We just recently moved to Palatine and have been loving every minute of it. Very nice to be back in a town atmosphere!
About Me
As some of you have noticed I have not been on here is a while...well here is an update as to what I have been up to. See if any of my new ventures might fit to what you need done.
I have recently been refocusing my attention to some other ventures. Including a lot of business in hard money deals. I have been working with other groups who either needs cash, ranging from 100K to 200 million, or has cash to use for other investors. I have been working to find different money partners to help out with this venture. After working hard I have been able to find a good group of high yield money partners that are willing to give money if the deal looks good and makes sense. I am always looking for new partners though. The deals range from Flash deals (bascially the investor needs you to put your money in your own escrow account with your attorney and they just need to "flash" the money to their lenders), true hard money deal (the investor needs money and pays high percentage back to the money partner, and many more senerios.
I have also been working into commerical deals, I have been learning the business from a good friend of mine who has been doing commerical for a long time. So I have realized the benefit of having that under my belt, because most investors I run into happen to not realize how much easier it would be if they explored purchasing units in bulk instead of having multiple single mortgages out there. Let me know if you have any questions regarding that. Also remember if you are afraid you do not have the assets for it...that is what the hard cash partners are for to help you in your ventures.
Well as you can see I have been very busy, I am still wholesaling units so any new projects everyone might have let me know, lets see if we can figure out soemthing to make it work for all of us.

Hi my name is Debra, would you be intrusted in buying condos in Texas? In a week or so i may have some condos under contract right by the water, rent ready, and ALL UNDER 50K, rents range from $1160-1500 mo. NOT BAD. Let me know if you are intrusted in Texas!!!!!

Enjoy the days - make of them what is allowed, play as hard as you work, don't forget to DO WHAT YOU WANT TO before it's too late even if you could later do it. Old folks who have money and no memories are pretty boring company, so that should NEVER be a goal. Who I am doesn't matter - it's who we BECOME that might one day improve the world, if only by a fraction.
My "Heroes" wear the Unform of the USA, my mentors have been those whose lives have changed the world for the better.
