Many years experience as a mortgage broker and licensed realtor combined with a foreclosure and commercial real estate paralegal experience provided the natural segway into the pre-foreclosure and wholesale business. I have spent so many years assisting buyers and investors with various transactions and enjoy the challange of finding and orchestrating the "deal".
