yes thats what your going to exclaim in about 6 months after you purchase most investor material online. Most information sold to those who are beginning investing is recycled, old, ineffective and in some cases illegal.
However some companies sell very legitimate lead generation systems, call transfer systems, and sometimes just good olld fashioned data. The problem with this is the new investor has no idea on whats worth what. They try to read message boards and follow blogs etc but often times those are there simply for the completion of a sale. Follow The Path To Money

I have been flipping properties with my wife for the last few years. After now being exposed to literally hundreds of properties flipped I have become quite opinionated. I find this often works to my advantage and sometimes comes back to bite me.
I decided not too long ago to finally do something about it. You see the problem with being opinionated is that I am not the boss in my operation. All things don't run by my whim and I don't get the final say in all decisions. Drats.
