My Business
I invest in single family unit properties in Sacramento County. Sometimes my investors have spent there monies in projects and have no ability to take on a new project. We then wholesale our properties to other investors for a finders fee. Often times we simply act as a purchasing agent and get paid from escrow. Other times we work out a flat fee. Either way if there is business to be done... Let's talk!

Hi Jonathan,
What a good problem to have! For the most part we buy only in IN. We don't buy in CA, but we have investors there who find good deals here in Indianapolis. Have you ever invsted here? The midwest is a great market in general.
