A little bit about me.
I decided I was going to be rich when I was in junior high. I was reading Siddhartha, by Herman Hesse (how cool is that eh? this author writes about an spiritual journey, and I became a material guy because of him (!!) ) Coming from a highly educated, but middle-class mentality family, I didn't have any clue about how to reach my goal, and I didn't have a "rich dad" like Kiyosaki did. But alike him, I saw that most of my rich friend's dads had their sons as a "project" and were training them to follow their steps. I realized that I was nobody's "project", so I decided to became my own!!. Since then, my "journey" hasn't been easy, but I'm very happy where I'm now, and excited about expanding my limits every single day.
Somebody asked me lately, if I could go back to the past, will I change anything??, mmm... Yes, this time, I'll try to have more fun in the process!!

Yes it is!! I like it so much. And Arizona is a great place to be an Investor. (Specially during this market correction that we are having right now) I'm basically doing wholesales, and participating with other people in both short, and long term projects. I'm always looking for high return investments as long as they are well planned, and the numbers make sense. I'm also looking for other Investors interested in AZ to team up with, so we can achieve bigger results!
I really love the game of making money, however, I have two basic principles that all my projects and/or businesses have to address: Environmental responsability and Social responsability. And I'm not an activist, I just think that we, as entrepreneurs and business people should be the first ones in having the commitment with our planet and our society.
I proudly belong to a Comunity of Investors known as "Nouveau Riche", and if I have to define my number one strategy to succeed in the RE arena in one single word it would definitively be "Education".

I would like to introduce myself as I am new to this site. I own a wholesaling company here in Phoenix and have another branch located in Austin, TX.
We have many properties available with $100k + in equity that are 20%-35% below market value. We are looking for other investors to sell these to as these require a quick close (conventional financing is allowed on a case by case basis)
